I think Michael ought to change his job description title from pond landscaper to pond landscaping artist. To transform what is basically a hole in the ground and a pile of stones into something both beautiful and functional is a true talent. I had a small wildlife pond, totally overgrown, and wanted a larger working natural feature. As someone who is very hands-on in my garden I felt confident in Michael's vision and ability to create this. I was not disappointed! Michael and his wonderful team had the back-breaking skill of producing a luxury 5-star pad for next year's frogs, and I have a delightful space in my garden to enjoy. Thank you all.

Consultation and Quotation Service
Our consultation and quotation service ensures we thoroughly understand your ideas and vision to determine if we're the right fit. We'll arrange an initial phone call to discuss your needs and explore possibilities within your budget. Sharing images of the area you'd like to transform or the existing feature before the call will help Michael visualise the space.
During our visit, we'll offer further advice on materials, layout, and discuss additional features to enhance your project. Afterward, we'll provide a detailed quote for the work.
Design & Create
We'll visit your home, take measurements, and develop a concept for the feature, ensuring your needs and preferences are prioritised. Michael aims to create a water feature that engages the whole family. Have a dog? Mention it to Michael, and he can incorporate a bathing area for your pet to cool off in the summer. Want to attract more birds? Michael can modify water flow to create bathing pools for them. You'll be astonished by how he tailors the feature to meet your requirements.
Following this, Michael will precisely calculate the project requirements and present optional extras such as lighting packages and auto-dosing systems.
Build & Install
After you're satisfied with the proposed water feature, we'll send you a quotation for the entire project.
Upon accepting the quotation, we'll provide a scheduled start date. Please be aware that this date may change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Since each water feature is a unique creative process, Michael can adapt the design during installation. It may sound cliché, but sometimes we need to let the rock guide us. Michael will keep you informed throughout these stages and explain any adjustments made.
Maintain & Refresh
Every garden element requires maintenance at some point. Our ecosystem approach to constructing water gardens cooperates with nature, delivering low-maintenance ponds and features to our clients.
However, occasional maintenance is still necessary. We recommend an annual spring clean-out for ponds and features. For those who prefer not to tackle this task themselves, we offer a range of maintenance packages.
These services can be discussed and arranged (if required) at any time during or after the installation.
